Kinesiology - Personal Training - Lifestyle Coaching
Clients begin with our Customized Functional Fitness package, which includes three 1- hour sessions. The first include functional assessments and lifestyle analysis, the second session reviews a customized workout plan and lifestyle action plan, and the third follow up session gives an opportunity to fine-tune technique and reassess where required. From there, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly check-ins and coaching can be provided.
A customized strength and conditioning program will be developed based on your consultation and evaluation results. During coaching sessions, we will guide you through appropriate technique for each of your strength and flexibility exercises, ensuring you’re form and technique is correct. We aim to provide opportunities to optimize technique, offer progressions and variations, and provide feedback and modifications as required. With our coaching sessions you will build a solid strength foundation, improve movement capability, optimize alignment and mobility, exceed your physical barriers, feel better, reduce potential injuries, increase energy, improve performance, and restore balance.
Some of our coaches are Registered Kinesiologists. Services by Registered Kinesiologists may be covered by extended health plans as a medical service expense. The practice of kinesiology is the assessment of human movement and performance and its rehabilitation and management to maintain, rehabilitate or enhance movement and performance. Kinesiology services include:

-Rehabilitative and Functional Re-training Exercise
-Diabetes Management Strategies
-Cardiac, Cancer, and Stroke Rehabilitation
